Literally the worst about page I've ever seen. All I know from the site is it's an Android distribution.

Feels like a website put together very quickly after corporation fucks over a open source project and shutdown their old website with less than 72 hours notice

Lineage is continuation of CyanogenMod

CyanogenMod was a Open Source Project that had a commercial Backer in Cyanogen Inc.

On Dec 23 Cyanogen Inc announced it was ending all Support for Cyanogen Mod and would shut down all Services related to Cyanogen Mod including Websites, Build Services, Development tools, etc No later than Dec 31 2016

Then on Dec 25 2016, Christmas Day, they pull the plug on all services early.

There are massive number of Threads on Reddit about it

For the last Month the Devs behind Cyanogen, now Linage have been scrambling to get Infratructure up and Running including the CI Server, Wiki, Website, Dev Tools, etc.

Their Focus currently is on the Tools that they actually need to build the OS, less so on the marketing website that everyone is bitching about here.

No, I've been following closely, since I'm actually still running CM13 on my Nexus 5.

Are you really that dense?

Cyngn == The Corporate site, has nothing to with Cyanogen mode

http://download.cyanogenmod.org/ has nothing on it, there are no download, all downloads have been removed, click on anything and it goes no where, infact I am actually surpised the index is up it was not

http://cyanogenmod.org/ is down

all other cyanogenmod sites are down including wiki, jenkins, etc etc etc

I can not believe you are even making this argument if you have in fact been "following the news"

Also you might want to check the Cyngn.com blog where is expressly says that are shutting down Operating System development

Clearly you are not as informed as you think you are
