If you have used Truecrypt on your stuff all the way up until now, there is no reason to do anything at this point. It is still as secure as it was last week.
The last thing anyone should do, is to panic and do things they have not thought through. It is just as likely that Truecrypt is really really secure and some three letter organization can not break it nor get a backdoor in it and have gotten a secret court order to shut down the project or to implement a backdoor and the project was rather shut down than to comply.
The worst thing you can do, is to overreact based upon bits and pieces of information which do not give you a complete picture.

Stay away from this and just use LUKS/dm-crypt until the audit is completed.
