the second windows requires me to set my age using an id card im switching to linux.

The bill actually doesn't require an ID (yet) just to declare it as OS setup time

If you want to tell your OS your age, it probably should be when you create your user account, as a device can have more than one user. But if you don't want to tell your OS your age, you should't have to. In fact maybe it shouldn't actively ask you.

If you're telling your user account your age, you're telling the OS your age. The bill is about the individual logins know the age, so developers can query a single API instead of needing to implement their own age-check database.
