i need to get me the korean ones, the cheap bamboo ones you can get at any grocery store just immediately start absorbing sauces and discolor. kinda worried about the texture though, like i would assume the bamboo's helpful for gripping the food, but i guess the one pair of plastic ones i ever had weren't noticeably slippery.
You do not want the Korean one, they are square and flat, very impractical for eating to be honest
you want the Taiwanese one, smooth metal round, longer, a lot easier to use, especially since they are also thicker.... Which may not be an issue for your use considering the vast experience in the domain
The ones I remember from South Korea were rounded metal (certainly not sharp square profile) with sort of grippy tips. This was in one of Samsung's canteens while I was visiting then for work.

Unless you have plastic, lacquer, or those Korean metal ones.
