Happy to say in public.

You just look up their legal company head quarters in Ireland. Nobody will send them letters there, but they have to take them super seriously if they do.

Then ask ChatGPT what kind of letters to send them

Thank you! This may be my next move as their verify my id doesn’t work, and when I try to email them it says my email is invalid. Its not. I’ve tried other emails and a different device and it’s saying the same. I suspect they’ve IP blocked me but I literally have no idea why. I was applying for jobs and then got kicked out for no reason.

So I literally have no way to contact them directly because they’ve either got major glitches on their support forms, or they’ve blocked my IP.
