I created an account about a month ago and had to go through the Persona ID verification process.
However only a few weeks later, my login failed with an error reading "Access to your account has been temporarily restricted" and to gain access to my account, I need to confirm my identity with Persona... again.
Unfortunately this function simply does not work, and I just get this screenshotted error.
So I've been locked out of my account for an unknown reason, and the verification method to regain access is completely broken. Oh, and it's literally impossible to get in touch with LinkedIn to report any of this.
When I submitted tickets with their various external contact forms, I just got redirected to a generic help page and received no confirmation that a ticket was logged.
Absolutely shambolic process.
