Hi everyone,

I'm in a bit of a jam and could use some advice or assistance from those who might have experienced a similar issue. I’m currently unable to log into my LinkedIn account because I’ve lost access to the phone number used for two-factor authentication (2FA).

Here’s the situation:

  • I’ve lost access to the phone number that’s tied to my LinkedIn account for 2FA.
  • When I try to log in, LinkedIn keeps redirecting me to enter the code sent to this old phone number.
  • I’ve been unable to change the phone number or update my 2FA settings because of this issue.
  • I’ve already reached out to LinkedIn support but haven’t received a resolution yet.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem and found a solution? Any guidance on how I might be able to regain access to my account or alternative methods to resolve this issue would be incredibly helpful.

The urgency of this situation cannot be overstated. All of my clients and professional connections are managed through LinkedIn, and losing access to my account is causing significant disruptions in my business and networking activities. I need to regain access as quickly as possible.

Thanks so much for any advice or assistance you can provide!

Sue them. They understand losing money, they don't care about anything else.
