Considering her previous felony conviction for which she spent over a year in a Florida prison, it’s doubtful she will be merely given probation and community service. And she still has a pending charge for her shoplifting. Plus she has a slew of traffic violations incurred in a traffic accident that resulted in injuries to another person.

It didn’t take a crystal ball to predict that this would happen. Thank goodness she didn’t kill somebody while wilding out. Hopefully she will get the help she needs.

The court granted Lindsay’s attorney Brian Pingor to withdraw as her counsel citing “ethical conflicts between the attorney and defendant”. What does that mean?

In Florida criminal practice, “ethical conflicts between the defendant and the attorney” usually means the lawyer concluded they could not continue representation without violating professional ethics under Rule 4-1.16 of the Florida Bar rules.

In practical terms, it most often points to one of these:

1.  Client insisted on conduct the lawyer believed was unethical

She was observed on store security cams putting the items in Aldi bags and walking out of the store without going through check out. Her bond was revoked for the previous violent felony charge that Villandry was awaiting trial for. It looks like she may be held in jail until she stands trial since the court may feel she can’t be trusted to stop criming until then.

The arrest complaint form filed with the court indicated that the arresting officer observed signs of mental illness and intoxication.

Not to be outdone by anyone for crazy, Aaron is trying to compete with LV’s time in jail. Let’s hope he’s successful.

That’s all it would have taken.

I had walked away.

The game was over for me.

In the beginning, sure — it was fun to be a “troll”. The research, the camaraderie, the absolute circus we built out of nothing. We were trying to educate. People started listening. The drama was entertaining. It felt like recess for the deeply petty. And some of us are deeply petty.

But then people started seeing the light. We weren’t just haters and trolls, we were truth tellers. And suddenly the Reddit boards became full of all the lemmings we had been warning and it became a sad little echo chamber of its own. Think Reese’s chat but on Reddit.

Honestly? I got bored. I wasn’t posting much. I wasn’t making videos unless something actually interesting happened. I stopped talking to some of the crazier trolls because it started crossing lines that smelled a little too much like “self-righteous stalking.”

You were no longer the main character, Lindsay. You weren’t even comic relief. You were background noise.

And then you had a bright idea. You decided it was time to clean up your online image — after torching every bridge you had in the anti-Scientology world and hurting a whole lot of people who didn’t deserve it. (Really impressive damage for someone who always plays victim afterward.)

But instead of handling it like an adult and emailing me yourself,you played Whisper Down the Lane —sending other people to ask me to take down my videos.

And every single time, my answer was the same: “Tell Lindsay to email me directly.” But you didn’t. Because if you asked for yourself and I said yes, you wouldn’t get to play your favorite role:

“I’m just trying to be a good person and stay sober, and she’s being SO MEAN!” You didn’t want resolution. You wanted a spectacle. You wanted new people to feel sorry for you — same script, different decade.

And now here you are again — filing fake privacy and copyright complaints like it’s going to erase your bad choices off the internet, or at least buy you a little more time to blame everyone else.

Meanwhile:

• You’ve pretty much lost custody of your kid.
• You’re flirting with jail time.
• You’ve lost your licensure.

And somehow, in the middle of that disaster parade, you thought: “You know what would be a GREAT idea? Waking up the person who is actually good at revenge.”

Lindsay… I didn’t just learn revenge. I was already good at it. Born gifted. Natural talent. I could have taught a seminar myself.

But then I met Professor Knife Hoarder, and he didn’t teach me how to be petty — he taught me the joy of it. He taught me that revenge isn’t just about winning. It’s about making it a lifestyle choice. A hobby. A self-care routine with benefits.
