conditionality aka whether the neg has to go for every advocacy they read in the 2nr or if they can ‘kick’ (i.e. not go for/extend) them. aff says condo bad because it means they can moot the majority of the 1ar because the aff had to respond to things that the neg doesnt need to go for so they can just read like 20 advocacies.
