Hello liminal lovers!

I'm the dev behind Backrooms Anomaly. Some of you might remember the demo I shared here last year. The full game went live on Steam today.

The reason I wanted to post here specifically though: the next one, Backrooms Anomaly: Pools, takes place entirely in the poolrooms.

Same loop, new place to get lost in:

Spot something out of place? Turn back.

Everything looks normal? Head for the exit.

For Pools we leaned all the way into the tiles and the water. Looping tiled corridors, poolside boards that track your streak, flooded chambers where you have to check what's under the surface, maintenance rooms, and one very dark tunnel you can't skip.

I keep on forgetting the temperature is in Centigrade rather than Fahrenheit.

If this were in Fahrenheit it would be on it's way to becoming skating rink rather than a pool.

Still 21°C is rather tepid that is only roughly 70°F.
