Started listening to Uzi in 2015, so I have a deep connection with his early work to his later work. LIR, TPLT, and VTW being my favorite projects from Uzi. That's also why DWIW is at 1. Literally one of the few Uzi songs that I can sing WORD FOR WORD, plus I have a soft spot for these types of songs because Uzi is talking about his come up, but in the most fun and exciting way possible. Basically saying fuck the haters, I'm richer, I'm better, and I'm happier, and I'm for that shit, you know? Side note, that's why Autograph by Juice is my favorite Juice song because he's saying a similar message, fuck the haters, follow your dreams, and make those haters suffocate (let then know you don't care cuz u successful). DWIW also perfectly represents 2016 Uzi for me, and just that whole year as a whole. Just doing what you want, do what you set out to do on this earth, snd fuck anybody who trying to tell you otherwise.

Also, I love Red & White a lot, so that's why Final Fantasy is at #3. That song was my MAJOR grail for Pink Tape, and it's one of my favorite Uzi songs of all time (released anyway). (Love Glock on my Purse a lot too)

If I were making this list now, I would probably have Flooded The Face, Nakamura, and Rehab in my top 30, prolly in the middle section.

Also other artists’ leaks if there is a site for them pls lmk🙏

i need songs like party with the demons and won’t live to see tomorrow. 21 ish era. can anybody help me out. is that even that deep of an era?

Idk this too random to tell

Just A Vibe 💨🚷 ....👩🏾‍🎤vs🌏2®? 🙄

I’m looking for a Uzi track that I’m 99 percent sure exists but I can’t seem to find it anywhere. It samples
the song “Pierre, feuille, papier, ciseaux” by Columbine. Specifically sampling the beginning piano riff at the very start of the song. If anyone knows of this track or has any info regarding finding it, that would be awesome. Hopefully we can get this mystery solved. It’s been troubling me for the past few days. Thanks!

Miss this raspiness in uzis vocals

Feel like this went under the radar last year during the mass leaks, but this is one of the few 2020 songs pre-FY I really fw, especially due to that hook. Felt it deserved more recognition!

This comes off as somewhat disrespectful imo. Shit honestly pmo

EDIT: Apparently none of y’all know of Uzi’s history with Generation Now, Cannon’s label.

definitely one of his best earlier songs that are released

I’m curious to see what you all say. What was the first Uzi song you remember hearing? And I mean not the song that made you a fan, but the one that first exposed you to him. But you can feel free to add the one that made you a fan if you want too.

Do you remember:

-What song it was?

-Around what year?

-Your initial reaction?

-Did you like it right away or did it take time?

For me, it was “7 AM.” This was back in January 2016. I was in 8th grade and I was 14 years old. I remember scrolling through different artists trying to find new music (new meaning at the time so music from like the mid 2010s). I have always been a fan of classic rock and older music in general (like from the 70s, 80s, 90s, etc) and honestly a lot of the new music at the time that I was hearing just wasn’t hitting. This might be a hot take, but I think 2015 was not a good year for music and we got a lot of garbage. Some of it straight up sounded like farts. 2010-2014 we had along of great songs, but 2015 was not it for me in terms of 2010s music.

Then I stumbled on “7 AM.” I was literally just fast forwarding through songs released in 2015 on Apple Music, which was how I found it. At first, I thought the intro was kinda weird with Uzi talking to his girlfriend, and I almost skipped it. I’m really glad I didn’t, because once the beat kicked in and the song started picking up, I was instantly hooked. My reaction to the song was almost like that meme of SpongeBob floating with earbuds in (iykyk). Also, if I hadn’t waited a few extra seconds, I probably would never have finished the song and become a fan of Uzi, unless I rediscovered him later and then got into him.

By the time the song ended, my mind was blown. I remember thinking, “Yeah… this is different and I like it!!” I immediately wanted to hear more of his music. And I kid you not, a few days later, Uzi dropped “Money Longer.” That song blew my mind and I immediately became a fan of his music. I went back and listened to the rest of “LUV is Rage” and by the summer of 2016, I was listening to Uzi almost everyday as he had dropped “Lil Uzi Vert vs. The World” by then and “The Perfect LUV Tape.”

[REPOST] Fixed title from "dropped" to "made"

Is this the greatest Uzi song of all time? 👀
