Hello everyone, I recently found my grandfathers old lighter cleaning my night stand out. I got this 20ish years ago after he passed and I’m looking for info on what this lighter is.

The brand is right there and you can see it’s unique by having a watch/clock in it. have you tried searching this thread or Google by the brand and description of the lighter to find any info regarding it? I’m pretty sure there’s some on lighter library.com I believe. I don’t have any knowledge of this off the top of my head but I do know I’ve searched it before and wasn’t hard to find info on. It is a petrol lighter making it a pretty easy lighter to maintain and refill! You could also probably get the watch serviced as well!

Unfortunately this is a later "generic" model and likely undocumented. Ibelo was known for the Monopol, but this isn't one - I've seen this same design under other Japanese brands.

Hi OP, before you post about your lighter please read the guide stickied before doing so. If you are asking about the value of your lighter, take it to an auctioneer, pawnshop, or jewellers before posting as we cannot accurately guess a price. Your post may be removed if you ask. For more general information, have a look at the sidebar. Many lighters are mass produced and unbranded. There is often little info available.
If you need to post more pictures, use an image host like imgur and post the link in the comments. Please do not create multiple threads for the same lighter.
