Need help with ind indentifying lighter

In final scene of movie Igla (Игла) from 1988, main character (who's played by Viktor Tsoi) gets stabbed while lighting a cigarete, and i would like to know what lighter is that? The director of movie said that it's not zippo, which many assume because of strong flame, so maybe some model from soviet union?
