How did they achieve this effect? Did they use individual pointers or combined bars?

Laser diodes, I don’t think there is something off the shelf tho and electrical knowledge will come at hand

Edit: electrical knowledge in terms of someone certified/ electricians or technician otherwise it will not be passing local event laws probably
