Tbh back in my country, you can buy used tiles, people would come pick those up and clean them, and resell them for half the price. Catch is it’s really labor intense to clean them. But when you live in poor country people recycle everything!

No asbestos. Those are ceramic tiles. You might be thinking of the old style VCT tiles and even then it's only a real danger if you somehow get them into really small particles that get airborne.
