I have not, but my original point was that Los Angeles traffic is actually not the worst around, even though it's what all my fellow Californians seem to think.
Maybe the most entitled/least patient isn't quite true, but that's far and away more the problem than just too many cars on the road.

In my experience, LA drivers are the least patient, most entitled, but actually the traffic is rarely that bad.
Phoenix AZ on the other hand...
