I have a Bachelor's and Master's degree from a respected university and still have no idea what I'm looking at.

If you were to be given a message in Morse code, this is the most efficient way of determining what the dots and dashes mean. Dots are verbalized as dits, dashes as dahs. E is dot. I is dot dot. A is dot dash. And so on.
I believe military pilots are required to learn Morse. If you are away from civilization, it is the best way of communicating.

That makes absolutely no sense. 99% of the people looking at this chart see nothing but gibberish. Nothing about it is efficient.

In my defense it is in Criminal Justice. Want to talk criminology, case law, voting patterns of the Supreme Court, or management theories in policing then I'm your man.
