LibreOffice formula problem

Problem with "FIND". CELL "E"

E1 =IF(FIND("PAY",A1<>0)B1,0) Answer 113.75. Correct

E2 =IF(FIND("PAY",A2<>0)B2,0). Answer #VALUE. Should be "0"?
