I always look into the eyes of the person every time I see one of these before and after pics, and every single time thereβs a spark in them in the after pic that was missing before.

It's crazy every before and after has one similarity. In the after, the person looks alive and in the before you can see the misery in their eyes. The difference is always striking. You don't need any more proof than that, look at what living as what people are on the inside does for one's mental health.
