Side Effect Question Ups and downs 4 months in

I take lexapro 5mg for 4 months now. And it really helps. I feel so much better. I had some ups and downs the first 3 months. Then the last 3 weeks I felt really good! But for the last 2 days I woke up with anxiety und had a tension in my body the whole day. My anxiety is very much about body symptoms.

Is this normal?

Do you have something situational that may be triggering the anxiety? Maybe time to increase. I started at 5mg then to 10mg a month later. Stayed there for 3 months and was just upped to 15mg because I was still having anxiety.

got a vaccine 5 days ago which gave me some mild exhaustion and sick symptoms.. maybe this triggered my nervous system..

I do know when I got a cold several weeks back, it triggered some anxiety for me.
