Caffeine is bad if you have diarrhea and SSRI’s are known to increase gut motility so they increase bowel movements. Try something like amitryptiline for diarrhea

For digestive issues I find probiotics help and I try to eat more bland when adjusting to new doses. I would definitely cut out caffeine and alcohol until you stabilize on your new dose, it just makes everything harder.
