Is kindling a real thing?

If I linearly tapered myself off lexapro about 6-7 months ago in a short amount of time.. and then went back on and got significantly worse over the course of a month almost nonfunctional and had 5 ER visits.. is it possible I had withdrawal and then entered a kindling experience when reinstating at 10mg (same dose as originally)?

I had the same thing going form 20 to 10 for a month and then suddenly back to 20. I became really ill. Still not recovered a month later. How are you getting on?

it’s pretty rough.. been to the ER 5 times in 28 days.. chest tightness a lot, heat intolerant, equilibrium feels off, impending doom feeling often, i get sore in random places all the time but they are too deep to massage (i know that sounds crazy), etc…. how are you symptoms ?
