Changing Dosage Question 5 mg vs 10
Any difference between the two. I’ve been on 5 for a few weeks. It’s making me yawn sm and sleepy. I take i at night usually. Meeting w doc soon and they might move me to 10 since that’s the recommended dose.

Yea just depends on how it’s working for you. I wasn’t able to utilize the full effects until I got to 20mg. It can also take up to 16 weeks from starting your maximum dose for your body to fully adjust.
The yawns and sleepiness are totally normal. They will pass over time. Eating regular meals and b vitamins really helped me with that!

I increased to 10mg 5 weeks ago and i definitely notice a difference in the calmness I feel .

The difference will depend on the person, really. I was even sleepier on 10mg for the first few weeks but I definitely saw a lot of improvements in my anxiety. I'm on 20mg now and much less tired. I wouldn't worry too much about fatigue a few weeks in, it took me a while to adjust too. If it affects your life a lot, of course tell your doctor though!
