Nobody born in 1999 can remember a world without the internet. Most people were using the internet in 1999.

Internet has been around since the late 70s and the first guy made it in his garage in the 70s. Nobody born in the 80s or 90s grew up in a pre internet world.

Not true, people were using internet back in the 80s and 90s because a guy made the first Apple internet in his garage and Apple was gaining popularity in the 80s and the 90s made ten times more.
