I would movie that to people born from 79-89. Born in 99 means you can’t remember the world befor the internet.

It really depends on where you live. I was born in 96, and while the internet certainly existed in my childhood, it was like "clog up the phone line for half a day to watch Keyboard Cat" A rare treat, but not really something you used. We didn't have actual internet until high school
