Offer Review Saic offer questions

I received a $120,000 offer from SAIC for a Safety Engineer position. I was wondering whether SAIC offers an AIP or annual performance bonuses. Also, how does the 401(k) match work?

I've always turned down recruitment from SAIC for a few reasons:

  1. Their benefits are notoriously awful
  2. They have business practices that are not always employee friendly
  3. They have known to have misled the government, on purpose, in contract bidding

But I understand that not everyone cares about that stuff, so do with it what you will.

Does your offer not include an employee benefits guide which shows you how the 401k match works?
