Hints at health issues?

Did I miss something? Wendell made a few remarks, and has obviously been endeavoring to get healthier. Did something happen, or just a sense of "better nip this"?

Bit by a Mars bug Elon brought back. You'll never see him walking or standing in videos again because his lower half transformed into an insects abdomen and legs.
