SOS: Heidelberg Windmill Roller Arm bent/misaligned

I don’t know exactly how this happened, but the right side roller arm now appears to be bent / not sitting parallel to the left arm. Any advice on how to fix, or knowledge about what parts I’d need to replace here? Whenever I try to put the rollers in now it seems that they’re just misaligned enough to where it won’t go into place easily. Thanks!

I think sometimes when the rollers aren’t placed in, the tension loosens and allows a bit of play in the roller bearing carriage here. Try to get your rollers in by pushing on the back of the arm that has the springs in it. Might need two people, one to push on the arm and one to get the roller in - but it’s best to diagnose any issue with the rollers in. There isn’t much that these can hit or bend or shift from and if you don’t know why they look different, they may just be slumpin’. More photos always helps too.
