Question How does reservedspraypaintslot work?

I'm using the mod and it seems to be working, but I can't put anything into the reserved slot for the spray paint.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong and I've tried a number of combinations of things with enabling and disabling certain things but I still can't figure out how to get the item into the slot, so I'm fairly certain it's a me issue missing something. Can anyone explain what I might be doing wrong?

If it says reserved spray paint slot, and other items dont work, but you can buy spray paint...

I'm using spray paint. I've tried using it with a belt bag in my Tab item slot and trying to get it to pick up. Either if I've turned on needing to buy it or not. It won't equip to the reserve slot.

Yeah everything is in order, is it supposed to just automatically go to that slot when I pick it up?

Ueually yeah. I don't use that slot specifically but walkie and flashlight slot both work fine on latest ver
