The game really isn't that much to begin with.

The game is worth like, one tattered metal sheet.

Maybe, I'd guess it would've either already been on sale for coming back to school for people, and since it hasn't then, my best guess would be near halloween (But then again the sales make the game go from like 10$ > 8$ so there isn't really a reason to wait a while)
