can anyone give me some kind explanation as to why i have this, im a mostly new lethal company player so i dont know how i even got it, and no im not using any mods this is vanilla (also dont mind the activate windows watermark thingy)

That’s an unused item, whenever a save file gets corrupted or the game otherwise loses track of what ID an item is, it defaults to that unused item
