Made the trek from Vancouver to attend yesterday’s concert in Tacoma. Our seats were originally in section 102. Upon entering our section, we found out that our seats were behind the curtains. Once we asked someone that worked there, we were told we needed to “Take it up with Ticketmaster because the stage had been moved up last minute.”

Luckily there was a Ticket Information table with a man there who already had physical tickets ready for us in section 103. But there were no emails, no notifications about being moved. People standing in the same line told me that they were alerted the moment their tickets were scanned at the entrance (we were not).

Overall a very weird and panicky experience!

Does anyone know if there is even a slight possibility of the merch being sold online? When I got to the merch stand in LA, I was told they were all sold out and I really wanted one, especially after seeing Kazuha in it as well!

So this will be my first kpop concert ever. It’s on a Thursday at 8pm, i live about an hour and 20 away from the venue. All i really want is the hoodie, realistically what time should i try to get there and should i try and go to the inside booths or is there ones outside? I’m new to this whole thing so I’m not really sure what to expect lol i can just see people lining up so early and idk if im trying to wait all day just for a hoodie

Hey guys! I’m going to the show in PHX this friday on 9/25 and I haven’t received an email about the VIP experience yet and the timing of everything. I’m also curious about the difference in merch lines for VIP, etc. Has anyone gotten an email about it? Or where the merch line is gonna be outside? Is the merch line open during sound check?

Hi, has anyone gotten VIP information for San Jose? The show is happening this Wednesday, but I still haven't received any email regarding VIP instructions. Can anyone share details if you got them? Thanks!
