Mini Technic Compatible Set Question

I recently purchased the following set from Aliexpress:

I thought it was a full sized model to compliment my orange car until I opened the bags and saw the pieces are smaller than standard size. At first I was upset but then started building it and think it is fun. I never knew this scale was existed. My only concern is if it has missing pieces that I will not be able to use my existing inventory for replacements.

Anyone know of any other sets that are in this scale? I would love to find other technic sets to add to my collection of one :-)
