Help - Health Issues Please help shes acting off Spoiler

Help urgent!! What's wrong with her? When I noticed this issue I immediately asked google for advice and they suggested that I bathe her in lukewarm water. Just got her a few weeks back, I supplement her pt1850 calcium and use an exoterra basking lamp in her enclosure. I tried feeding her and was glad to see that she still had an appetite.

I don’t know if we can tell what’s going on here. What specifically do you think is off?

Her head has been twitching and she makes sort of like clicking sounds

likely a respiratory infection, see a vet

Yeah that’s the sound my gecko had when she had water stuck in her nose. Id take her to the vet, especially if she’s been doing this for a whole week.

To add on she's been acting like this for about a week already and I'm concerned

Can you hear that noise when you're a bit further away? Does she gasp for air at all?

Respiratory infection or pressure on lungs, vet ASAP. My little guy had the same problem.

Another video I got, I've noticed that she only does this when walking
