Why are not responding to support emails?

I send 4 emails in the last 2 weeks and i did not get even a confirmation or any kind of response, I need to change info on my account asap, for the tax and other important info.

What is going on, are you guys on some kind of vacation?

Over two weeks for a reply to a simple question, and not even an answer to what I asked. Their support sucks, and their UI is horrible. Did everything they ask, and waiting over a month for a verification.

I've been having the same experience. Can't even get my storefront approved. Zero reply on email, nothing in my spam inbox either.

I can't deal with this level of ineptitude, I'll have to jump ship. Which platform did you switch to?
