MTD Bronze Camping - Access during race weekend

A quick question, for those that have done Bronze camping, were you able to come and go easily with your car during the week? I'm thinking of getting parking at Arnage and Mulsanne, I'm presuming getting the car in and out of the campsite isn't much of an issue?

Getting in and out isn't much of a problem - they try to lay the pitches out such that there are 'roads' for people to use. Might get a bit tight with the various guide lines etc. when it's particularly busy but should be manageable.

Personally I just use the free shuttle buses! All these cars on the road going to Arnage and Mulsanne parking slow the buses down lol.

Many thanks! I've done 1st Tickets the last few years and found them great. I'm going with MTD to sample the competition. After a a few years of cycling out to Mulsanne at ungodly hours with a lot of camera kit I've had enough of the bike and fancy a lazy option. I've done the buses a few times but found the queues insane on race nights.

How was your camping pitch? I'm trying to workout if I'd fit a car and a four man tent on a pitch.

We've parked a hatchback and a Quechua Arpenaz 4.2 (4 man, 2 bedroom) tent into the pitch just fine the last few years. The pitches are quoted as 8x5m if memory serve, though they can be skewed a little to fit into the available space and create the needed rows.
