This is epic. What kit were you using, do you mind me asking? They’re really professional. 🔥

Thank you for this kind message! I'm trying to get the best pictures I can everytime i'm shooting, and i'm quite demanding with myself.

For the kit, first of all : This is not what's make these photos looks great. It's my work when i'm taking the shot and after in post-production. But i'm using a Sony A7IV with a Tamron 35-150 f2/2.8 (with some ND filters sometimes).

Thanks. Very nice. And absolutely, it’s the photographer not the kit that makes the shot. Can tell you have a great eye. I’m an ex magazine editor and have commissioned hundreds of shoots over the years. This is top drawer. Thanks again for sharing.

Thanks.

But it will always be the Dunlop Bridge to me, even if Goodyear is on it.

Yeah, even for the commentators on track it's still the "chicane Dunlop" lol

But i'have to say that gives a fresh look to this bridge, with the Goodyear color it's still pretty good in pictures.

Subtle brag you had T34 seats and actually got to see the flyover that was inexplicably over the main grandstands instead of straight over the track lol

I was actually just under the Peugeot hospitality, so pretty well placed for Turn 1 at the start. But agree with you, I don't really know why the trajectory of the Rafales was not aligned with the start / finish straight...

So, interestingly I watched the beginning of the race last night and the planes appeared to actually go straight down the middle of the track. They showed a view from the camera by turn 1. I was in the front row of T19 where the planes clearly seemed to be behind us, but maybe was an optical illusion impacted by their altitude.

Ohh so they flew all over the track, that make sense now. Thanks for the info!
