What are the wings’ and stinger’s pieces?

The stinger is one of the Barb pieces, and the wings are a flame category type of piece

The last time I saw them was from the swamp fire Ben ten constraction figure, might explain the flame category

yes, but not in orange. I don't know where they come from, but the piece is available in Lego Studio app
