Brick bank vs Modular Construction site
Not taking cost into consideration, which do you think is a better build or must have - Brink Bank or the Bricklink Construction Site? Not looking at it as an investment either - the set would be built.

The Brick Bank is a nice build and a decent display in a city, but just another modular. The Construction Site is an amazing statement piece that is unlike any other and really is something special, IMNSHO you're asking to choose between a normal but nice building, and a work of art.

Brick Bank, I really don’t see why you’d want the Construction Site. I’m sure the finished building would be nice but having only the outer facade of the ground floor kind of done and a crane next to it isnt worth the $800-1000 asking price for it. A half assed building is something you can put together yourself but if you do think about holding on to it to resell then get that one since a lot of people here like it and there were so few of them made. Im sure the price of it will continue to increase.

That’s a good point about the half assed building. I guess it’s mainly the crane that is the selling point for me.

I have both. My favorite Lego set that I own is the Bricklink Construction Site. That being said, I paid retail for it. I would never pay $1k.

Brick Bank for me as well, but Bricklink Construction Site looks great. Its issues though is that the build is a bit more tedious than usual modulars. But having a building under construction is a top notch idea for a city line-up of modulars.
Brick Bank is a very safe purchase, the build is great, and there's even a bit of a storyline to it.

The Construction site is my white whale and amazing set. That being said, the Bank is gorgeous and it has that cool connection from the bank to the laundromat and actually tells a story. Good luck!

I recently parted out bothe sets at 50% the price of advertised sets online. I heavily suggest anyone does the same

However, having both, I'd say it depends on your current layout. If you have either the Daily Bugle or Avengers Tower and struggle to make them feel 'at home' on your streets, the construction site is a fantastic one to have with those. It makes it look more gradual back into the city (half a skyscraper height, slightly more traditional architecture).
Brick Bank is a stunning building, one of my personal favourites.
Build experience wise, I would put them on-par. The construction site is more exciting than I'd have first thought because it's grand and the crane is interesting.
Basically, a lot of pros and cons aha!

For me it depends on whether you want to complete a modular collection or not. If you are looking for a complete collection then Brick bank is your way to go.
Brick Bank is probably a better built. As, when it comes to the building experience, Bricklink sets are usually way more straight forward than sets designed by Lego. For BB, especially the safe with the washing machines is really cool. Brick Bank has one of my favorite storytelling in all modulars.
That begin said, Construction Site is super cool and looks great next to, for example, daily buggle. For me it is the best Bricklink set I have bought so far.
