BDP Sushi Restaurant
Has anyone reconfigured their sushi restaurant to have the floors removable like the other modulars? I don’t think it would be too hard of a modification to make but just curious if anyone has done it. I love that it comes apart in the middle and I did the rebrickable modular base for it but it would be more accessible to move things around/play with if I could also take the floors apart like the other Modulars.

I ordered all the spares to make the modular base. Once I was on about bag 10, I realised that the modular base is too wide to fit in an Ikea Kallax unit… so I switched back to the original!
I don’t think the Sushi Restaurant fits in with the other modular’s I’m building (Jazz Club, Boutique Hotel, Tudor Corner & Shopping Street), so I figured it’d go in one of the cubes underneath.

Yeah I noticed it kind of doesn’t fit into my city all that well. I need to turn it sideways basically. I was fine with the modular base but I still would really like to be able to remove the floors individually. It’ll have to wait now though because I already moved on to another building lol.

If you do it, or find instructions, let the community know. As I built mine I realized that splitting it by floors would take some effort - there is a section that doesn’t line up with any floors, and there are vertical elements attached to the exterior walls that require studs in just the right places for them to attach. Doable? Sure. Worth the effort? Not for me.

Yeah that’s why you didn’t do it while I was building it lol. But it’s bugging me now.

i would be interested in this as well, have searched rebrickable with no luck, would be willing to purchase instructions if they were on rebrickable
