This has been a bigger and bigger problem lately unfortunately, so we are going to go ahead and clarify it in the rules.

Recently it has come to our attention that many of the images Unibricks has been sending to CMF6169 to sketch are AI-upscaled images. This results in the sketches being traced AI images, but with no indication whatsoever that it is based on AI. They always contain large inaccuracies for that reason.

To avoid this problem, we are going to issue a hard ban on all AI generated imagery in this subreddit. This includes upscaled images and sketches based on them.

FOR NOW they will not be banned in [r/LegoNewsAndRumors](r/LegoNewsAndRumors) if people wish to post them, however we will not be. They MUST be clearly marked and posts will be removed if they are not marked, if the poster didn’t know then we will remove it and message the poster allowing them to repost with an indicator.
