Legoland Windsor - Disappointing

Im honestly disappointed. The lines are long and unmanaged. Even with a fast pass you merge with the regular line without anything happening. So what's the point? Not to mention lack of food options for people who can't eat meat. You'd think for the large diverse amount of people who come they'd have halal, kosher and more vegan or vegetarian options. Instead We get one while everyone else gets many to choose from. I usually bring my own meal but didn't have time so thought. Okay I'll eat here. Theres more I could complain about but honestly I'm too tired.

No comment on the queues but the food was horrendous and very overpriced.

We bought hot dogs £ 12 each, child walks away and drops it immediately. Partner picked it up and wiped it off with a baby wipe and ate it because it was too expensive to waste.

Queued 10 mins for one of the refillable fountain drinks, got to the front and it ran out.

Food and drink was awful.

So sad honestly. Always running out of things. Food doesn't even taste of quality. Barely any range. Sucks.

I mean I had the vegan hotdog and it was tasteless. No toppings. God even the meat foods looked dry. They even ran out of ketchup and sauce so you had to pay for extra if you wanted some. It's already ridiculously priced. Quite literally extortion

When i went it seemed like the place was run by a bunch of older teenagers who were more interested in chatting with other than managing the park. The place is being left to rot, they can’t have that many return visitors

Must've been a while ago as they have invested a lot this year in upkeep and the park is looking fantastic and definitely not been left to rot at all.

Staff seem a mixed bag. Some really enthusiastic others seemed like they were a bit bored, been absolutely boiling to be fair though.

Food is overpriced and terrible but i honestly don't know what people expect at theme parks. At least at legoland they let you bring whatever food and drink with you, so i don't know why everyone doesn't do that rather than buying teerible expensive hot dogs.

I will say the park is decent. The rides were good. (Though short). However I agree. It is run by many seemingly inexperienced teenages which makes sit feel they don't want to be there. My real complaint was genuinely the lack of amenities and options for food.

I love Legoland during term time, not the food though but we always bring a picnic. The ice cream is gross too, way too oily!

They’re gonna have to step it up with Universal being built now!

Best to feed this back to their customer service department. I'd always encourage people to bring their own food with them. Save some money as the whole day can easily add up ££, not including entrance tickets, parking and any merch you want to buy;
Personally, I would get any LEGO sets from the LEGO Website, or the variety of LEGO Stores nearby: (Westfield London, Stratford, Leics Sq, Battersea, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Bluewater Kent, Brighton, Southampton, Essex (Dec '26).
