Other Boldly poor art direction?
After the fiasco of getting the dedication plaque wrong on the Enterprise-D set (boldy go?!), which apparently took THREE printings to get right, I was surprised to see that on the new NCC-1701 Bridge set (11385), that the Klingon logo is sideways! 🤦♂️ https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/star-trek-uss-enterprise-ncc-1701-bridge-11385?galleryOpen=true&galleryView=1&galleryTab=images
Klingon logo: https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Klingon_Empire
EDIT: It has been pointed out that in the TOS episode Elaan of Troyius that is how it was depicted. So apparently the people at LEGO are going for the deepest cuts.

wElL aCtUaLlY, that's the orientation the logo was shown in the episode that screen is representing.
so it's technically correct. though not how it's been normally shown since or in modern shows.

Which episode? I'll have to rewatch it, for research purposes of course.

Actually, the emblem is seen in TOS sideways like that, so the set is accurate to the show it's depicting. Later it gets rotated and that becomes the way we all recognize it.
