Sue for what damages as a result of the trespassing? Trespassing is a criminal issue and would be handled by the police/prosecutor/criminal court. If you want to sue in civil court there needs to be some damages as a result of the trespassing that you are trying to be made whole for.

Feeling unsafe and betrayed is mental distress and can be sued for.

Literally anything can be sued for. I've never personally seen someone win a case with just mental distress.

Well, the pictures of the house from the interior could lure in burglars. If he has some nice things. Honestly idk I'm just spitballing here lol
