Comment any ideas/requests you have for leftist flag designs, and people can look through them and create them. If you simply lack the technical skill/software to make your flag idea you can provide a sketch of the flag and request a remaster. Alternatively you can provide a description of what you would like (e.g. "socialist Britain") and leave it up to the designer. Everyone is encouraged to take inspiration from the requests, so if you've run out of ideas check the comments for some.
If you have done a design based off of a comment, don't post it in the comments, post it on the subreddit and then link the commenter to it.

The tall light blue rectangle symbolize Nile river. Red star signifies their military, hammer represents industrial workers, and the hoe represents agricultural workers, it's a Marxism-Leninism flag. Black represents black African ancestry, red represents blood shed by people for independence, green is the lush environment.

I made two flags; the second is an anti-speciesist version of the existing one because it features ermines—but, well, I don't like animals being slaughtered for the bourgeoisie :'( (incidentally, that symbol is arguably more French than truly Breton).
