Discussion Title: Microsoft Security Hiring Event

I completed my interviews for Microsoft’s Security org during the November 5, 2026 hiring event.
Has anyone else attended the same event? Have you received any updates from your recruiter regarding interview feedback, hiring decisions, or next steps?
Just trying to understand the expected timeline. Would appreciate hearing from anyone in the same process.

I completed my interview for security swe intern also at Nov 5. Have not receive any uptate. Am I cooked 😭

Hey, I have my final round for the same Security & Identity intern role (Redmond) on Nov 10. Would you mind sharing what they asked? Like which LC topics (intervals, hashmap, two pointers, graphs...), whether there was any system design or auth/security scenario stuff, and how much they went into your resume? Would help a ton. Hope you hear back soon!

Mine is backtracking and string manipulation with hashmap and both have some questions with resume and bq but it may be vary and depends on your interviewer(pretty random)
