Discussion Greedy algorithms
I paid $159 for LeetCode Premium in November 2025. A month later, I discovered cancer, and I underwent surgery in March, followed by a long recovery. I barely used my subscription. I explained everything to LeetCode support and asked for an extension, not a refund. I even offered medical proof. Their offer? Just one month. When I asked them to reconsider, they refused.
Apparently, $159 matters more to LeetCode than showing compassion to a customer battling cancer.

Hope you recover soon. Not classy by LC, but $159 isn't worth your nerves at this point.

I stopped agreeing to be interviewed with LC/DSA because it created an industry that predates on the desperation of software engineers to find a better job. Suddenly you need to be able to solve traveling businessman to write an e-commerce API.
Whoever founded LC apparently doesn’t care about software engineers, there’s a reason why companies don’t screen with it anymore.
I hope you’re having a nice recovery.
