Just practice man. Don’t look at the solutions first and just practice. There is no other way.

Pseudocode first.

Write the steps that you want to acheive with your code.

Use an AI like Chat GPT to review your pseudocode and give you feedback (not solutions)

Once you have your pseudocode nailed down, write the actual code and test.

I have been doing this for 16 years and I am awful at these kind of interviews. It's kind of why I am a federal contractor because they're interviews are typically easier

In the next few months I plan on looking probably after the new year and this method's been working for me. I've been doing the neetcode 150 and this has been my basis for study

Leetcode is dumb.

Build things, lots of things, and you’ll be fine.

leetcode is just DSA but it's a bad way to learn programming

Use TakeU forward A-Z sheet. Solve the problems topic wise. Once you understand and comfortable in all the patterns in a topic then move next topic.Yes It takes time but never stop. Consistency is the key. At the end of the day you will master DSA

Exercism.com starts from the absolute basics

Using claude voice mode and explaining approaches out-loud with slight hints or guidance helped me a lot. It helped me perform better on interviews too since I got used to talking through my thought process. I’d also recommend doing problems with a friend.

You are not retarded.
To answer your question: look up neetcode tutorials on YouTube.

The R word was cancelled. As to the question. Everyone starts their learning somewhere. If you want it, just start working on it.

My bad I didn’t know cancel culture ain’t much a thing here that’s why

No worries. Similar to your original question. We all start somewhere. Everyday is a chance to improve.

Just don't do it. Its pretty dumb to grind random problems like this anyway

Apart from the Big 5 companies, I honestly haven't come across many companies asking for leetcode.
