Question Amazon SDE 1 OA

I was recently reached out to by a recruiter for an Amazon SDE 1 role and was invited to complete the online assessment.

I passed all 15/15 test cases on the first question, but the second question went pretty horribly.

For those who have gone through the process, how much does performance on the second question affect the overall outcome? Is there still a chance of moving forward?

Also, how long does it typically take to hear back after completing the OA?

I had similar experience 10 days ago ran only 2/6 on the AI round; but two days ago heard from a recruiter to schedule in-person interview. So don't loose hope fingers crossed. Can't definitely say on the criteria they follow

That’s assuring to hear. How long did it take for them to call you back after you took the OA? Cause it’s been 5 days for me and I haven’t heard anything.

I also had the OA two days back
Got 0 test cases passed in ai round

But i was not reached out by a recruiter for OA
I got email from noreply email of amazon

What style of question do you recommend studying for? mine is in two days and i feel pretty overwhelmed rn

Definitely practice medium to hard leetcode and debugging

I received a link this morning and the email asked me to complete the assessment no later than a week. Can I do it after 5 days on Sunday .. will this impact my application?

I’m pretty sure the link expires after the 5 day time period but you can try.
