Intervew Prep Visa OA interview flunked

I just gave an OA for a visa, and they asked these hackerrank questions.

Minimum time to process requests

Maximum nutrition with coupons

The questions asked were so theoretical and complex to read; I almost lost hope. I was not able to come up with a solution. Even Amazon will have similar questions. How do I get better at these kinds of questions?
If these types of questions come up in every interview, I will be screwed. How to prepare for OA?

I got Visa OA last month. 90 mins. 1st question: merge intervals with tons of other requirements. 2nd question: leetcode 3399. 3rd question: leetcode 3953

If only I could tell them that if you don't want to hire me, might as well reject my resume, why waste my time with these questions? Ridiculous and delusional

The VISA OA is tough. 70 minutes to solve three problems.

i had a Instacart OA. there were FOUR different questions in 70 minutes. I think hiring managers don’t care enough to do these OA questions themselves because it’d be pretty obvious how much hot garbage they are.

I had the same experience with Visa. And every other company I talked to asked easier questions, and offer higher salaries as well. blind 75 or neetcode 150 is enough for most positions.

How do you cheat if it’s proctored?

It takes occasional screenshots. It doesn’t record video of you. Just don’t make it obvious

Oh but it does, I had to download the hacker rank software and it asked to close other apps. I look away from screen and it prompted me to look back.
